I was delighted when Dad told me that a lady called Stacy Birt at Tamworth Councl had asked about one of my photos of the Aethelflaed statue next to Tamworth Castle. Aethelflaed was Tamworth’s Lady of the Mercians who died in 918, thats 1,100 years ago.  Dad asked me and I said yes and so he let the lady at the Council know.  About two weeks later we then saw that the brochure was out and that it has my photo and name in it.  That made me really happy.
